During our panel discussion on 3rd of July, Richard Tsang, MD & Chairman of SPRG said good communication is not about hiding bad news but about telling an interesting and authentic story in a constructive way. One of SPRG’s listed company clients bit the bullet and diligently and openly related their negative results for several years, explain the reasons and laid out plans to improve. When they turned their business around after 5 years, media gave them full support and reported extensively on their positive result. They were rewarding the company which they felt had been acting responsibly and was not hiding in tough times.
